By purchasing a ticket for At the Manor, you & your guests expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & conditions. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting on our website.
(A) At The Manor Purchase & Ticketing Policy:

Tickets must be booked through our website www.atthemanor.ie and are only valid when purchased through here. Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources will be rendered invalid and refused admission.

All tickets are subject to a non-refundable booking fee
-
When you pay for your ticket booking online by credit or debit card, you will automatically receive an email by return to the email address you entered. It is therefore important that you enter your email address correctly to receive your tickets.

If you need to change the name and contact details on your ticket you must do so within your account.
-
You must bring your ticket with you on the day of your event. Preferably, on mobile, or printed if necessary. There will be a unique barcode to you on this Ticket and admittance will not be permitted without this. This can only be used for admittance to the event once, so we encourage you to keep your tickets secure and not to share with others. If found to be duplicated, either in error or fraudulent gain, only the first ticket scanned will be admitted, regardless of original ownership.

When you arrive, present your ticket to staff on entry.

Lead group member must present a ticket to be scanned on entry - if other members of the group are not present they can leave a guestlist at the entrance for them
-
Bars will close 45 minutes before the show ends - guests may be moved to a drink-up area to allow for site clearance and sanitation for the next session.

Please allow time for traffic delays, weather conditions etc. If you miss your allocated time slot / date, refunds are not possible.

There is no re-admission. Once on site you cannot leave and re-enter.

The promoter will not issue duplicate tickets for lost or stolen tickets.

Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, without the prior written consent of the promoter.

You are responsible for your ticket prior to entering the event.

If you have obtained this ticket in breach of these terms and/or if you breach any of these Terms, the ticket will be void and all the rights conferred on you will be void. If you seek to gain entry on a void ticket then we reserve the right to refuse you entry or eject you from the event and you might be liable to legal action for trespass. Void tickets are non-refundable.

All guests purchase tickets on the understanding that the promoters must react to any new instructions from the authorities or safety advisors. This can include additional T&C’s or changes to our running order as described up to and including cancellation of the event. These are difficult trading times for our industry so we ask all our guests to be flexible and understanding as we try to navigate the return of events in Ireland.

There may be more T&C’s by promoters to follow to ensure we comply with covid protocols of the day. If new T&Cs added by the promoters to ensure compliance with updated covid protocols are unacceptable to ticket holders after purchase, then refunds beyond the normal refund policy will be considered by the promoters.
(B) Ticket amendments:
If you cannot make your booked session and would like to change your booking to another date and/or time, please get into contact with us at tickets@atthemanor.ie and provide your booking reference and the date/time you would like to move to. We will do our best to accommodate you once availability allows.
If another suitable date or time is not available, we would advise you to transfer your tickets to friends or family, and make a new booking for yourself at a more suitable date & time. Tickets are non-refundable.
(C) General:

We will make every effort to provide to you the event as advertised, but At The Manor reserves the right to make any alterations to this, including changes in dates, time, modifications in programme, line-up, acts or provision of alternative facilities where deemed necessary. We must appreciate the unique times we are now living in can lead to last minute changes to schedule advertised, we must remain flexible.

The management reserves the right of entry.

No animals, other than guide or service dogs, are permitted on site.

Recycling bins MUST be used for products suitable for recycling, and general waste bins only for soiled and non recyclable waste. Anyone found not adhering to this policy will be fined and may be evicted. Please use the bins and recycling points provided on and off site. We are limiting plastics wherever possible, please do the same.

Any photograph, image, film or recording taken of any performer, participant or any member of any team may not be reproduced for any commercial purpose, whatsoever, whether for money or otherwise.

All ticket holders acknowledge that filming/photography is taking place at this event for promotional and archival purposes. The photographs/ video recordings/ stills from video recordings made are likely to appear on our website and advertising channels. If you would prefer not to be photographed please let the photographer/videographer know.
SECURITY

The Promoter reserves the right to evict a customer and/or refuse admission, without a refund. Please see the Eviction Policy below.

You may be body and/or bag searched at the entrances, on the site or when leaving. Any person who refuses to be searched by a steward or other person acting on the behalf of the Promoter will be refused admission or ejected from site.

Any item(s), reasonably considered for use as a weapon, which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person, will be confiscated.
-
Any person carrying illegal items or carrying out illegal activity will be given to the An Garda Síochána and refused entry.
-
Anti-social behaviour may lead to eviction. Please act responsibly.
-
Throwing gas, aerosol or similar canisters/containers onto fires is extremely dangerous and will lead to eviction.
DAMAGE/LOSSES

The promoter is unable to accept any liability for personal or property damages, losses (including confiscations) or injuries sustained at this event – other than caused as a result of our negligence. Any personal property brought to the event is at your own risk.

We may prosecute you if you cause damage to the Venue, the venue’s infrastructure, or cause harm to any other person at the Event and/or Venue. CCTV operates around the entire site.
BANNED ITEMS

Banned from event– any kind of furniture including chairs and parasols, Smoke & Gas canisters, gas fires, bbq’s, umbrellas, aerosols excluding hygiene/beauty products, airhorns, fireworks, flares, glass, illegal substances, drugs, ‘legal highs’, laser equipment/pens, megaphones, nitrous oxide, sky or ‘chinese’ lanterns, sound systems, spray cans, tabards/high viz jackets, drones

Unauthorised professional photography or use of professional recording equipment is prohibited and zoom lenses, audio visual or cinematographic devices will not be permitted on site.

All food and drink items will be confiscated upon entry including all alcohol, with the exception of sealed water bottles (up to 500ml), empty refillable water bottles for our water stations, and special foods for medical or strict dietary requirements

Under 18’s are not permitted to purchase alcohol on site.
AGE POLICY
This event is aimed at adults, however children are welcome when accompanied by an adult once fully supervised. They also must be accounted for in your numbers for your pod table due to strict capacity limitations regardless of age of child. Prams & buggy’s are allowed - max one per table. They will be subjected to search protocols on arrival.
We will be operating the Challenge 21 Policy for all alcohol sales on site. I.D. will be required if you are lucky enough to look under 21.
EVICTION POLICY
At The Manor is produced for the enjoyment of all those persons who attend. The licence is granted under strict conditions of attendance and public safety, prevention of disorder and prevention of public nuisance. Any person who disrupts the festival under any of the below sections will leave themselves liable for eviction from site. If you are evicted, we may take a photograph of you as part of the eviction process (with your consent). The decision as to the eviction will be at the discretion of the Eviction Manager/Garda Siochana following advice from At The Manor security staff and line managed by the Security Co-ordinator.
Persons will be liable for eviction under the following circumstances:

Entering or being onsite without a ticket
-
Unacceptable, disruptive or anti-social behaviour**
-
Having been arrested or cautioned in connection with a criminal offence, pending or post hand-over to An Garda Siochana
**Unacceptable behaviour that can lead to eviction includes:
(but is not limited to)

Illegal activity;
-
Breaching the terms and conditions of entry;
-
Failing to submit to a search upon entry to the site;
-
Offensive behaviour;
-
Throwing hard objects in the direction of people;
-
Encouraging others to behave badly by incitement;
-
Preventing our security or emergency services reacting to a situation;
-
Building or fuelling a fire / throwing gas canisters onto fires;
-
Committing a criminal offence but not arrested by An Garda Siochana;
-
In possession of unlawful drugs, including legal highs;
-
Unofficially selling alcohol, tobacco, counterfeit or any unauthorised goods;
-
Ticket touting;
-
Any other behaviour that leaves the promoter open to prosecution or is not conducive to maintaining a safe event.
EVICTION PROCEDURE:

All persons evicted from site will be processed via an onsite Eviction facility.
-
All persons presented for eviction by security will be interviewed by the Eviction Manager or Assistant who is independent from security and their details will be recorded in a database with their full personal details, a photograph, date and time and the reasons for eviction.

All persons who are to be evicted will be able to make a telephone call if they do not have a mobile phone in order to contact immediate members of their group and/or family, using a free phone service via the Eviction Tent.
-
All evictees will be evicted from site and their wristbands will be removed to prevent them re-entering the event.
-
All evictees will receive a letter detailing the eviction process.
-
You may be handed over to An Garda Siochana if an offence has been committed with a view to a criminal prosecution.
(D) At The Manor Cancellation Policy:
The organisers of the event will do everything in their power to ensure the smooth running of the event. In the unlikely event of something going wrong, we will facilitate, in the best possible manner, to deliver the experience as close as possible to the organized time up to & including rescheduling or cancelling visits. Cancellation fees may be offered at the discretion of the management but no compensation will be available for any mishap, breakdown of service or cancellation as deemed necessary/unavoidable by the organisers. If some part of the experience is affected, the organisers will accommodate a replacement where possible, but reserve the right to remove promoted elements if & when deemed necessary. In the event of cancellation due to weather conditions, we will do our best to move the date where & when possible to the most suitable, available date.
In the event of cancellation due to government requirements associated with covid-19, we will endeavour to offer alternative dates or refunds if applicable. Please note we can only refund you the ticket price, booking fees are paid to a 3rd party for the payment processing service and are non-refundable.
SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS AT THE VENUE:
The event will only be cancelled if the weather in the location is perceived to be a danger to the public (e.g extremely high winds), or if there is a major failure in the electrics.
The event will be cancelled when:

The weather at the venue is perceived to be a danger to the public
due to very high winds -
There is a major fault in the electric system.
The event will NOT be cancelled when:

There is heavy rain, snow or very cold weather at the venue, please
wrap up and wear warm, appropriate clothing -
There is heavy rain or snow in another part of the country – we advise
visitors to take note of weather conditions for their journey and allow
ample time to get here
A decision will be made as early as possible and guests will be contacted by email and a message will go out on all our social media platforms advising any cancellations due to weather. We ask our guests to please check your email / spam / junk and our social channels just before the event to make sure you have the most up to date information.
If the event must be cancelled we will offer you a new date to come along where & when possible, in this case we will contact you directly as soon as possible but please be patient and understand that many visitors may be affected and we may need some time to do so. If this is not feasible, refunds may be offered at the discretion of the management.
MAJOR TECHNICAL FAULTS:
The organisers of the event will do everything in their power to ensure the smooth running of the event. In the unlikely event of something going wrong out of our control, we will facilitate, in the best possible manner to deliver the event as close as possible to the organized time up to & including rescheduling or cancelling visits.
Cancellation fees may be offered at the discretion of the management but no compensation will be available for any mishap, breakdown of service or cancellation as deemed necessary/unavoidable by the organisers.
If some part of the experience is affected, the organisers will accommodate a replacement where possible, but reserve the right to remove promoted elements if & when deemed necessary.
In the unlikely event of a major technical fault, our team will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your visit.
(E) Fire & Safety

Fires are not permitted anywhere onsite. Anyone involved with starting a fire or throwing anything onto a fire will be evicted from site.

Smoking including electronic cigarettes is not permitted in enclosed public spaces or buildings including any marques / big tops.

The use of disposable BBQ’s and cooking stoves are not permitted.
-
Excessive exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing.
-
Pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting/special effects may take place during some performances.
-
The use of drones or similar equipment for any reason is strictly forbidden onsite without written permission from the promoter.
-
The event is outdoors. You are strongly advised to bring appropriate clothing and footwear to protect against inclement weather.
-
Sleeping or camping in vehicles in the car parks is not permitted.

COMPETITION RULES
From time to time we offer promotions on our website or social media channels. These promotions are subject to our standard terms and conditions, however, we reserve the right to change the applicable terms and conditions on a promotion by promotion basis.
STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
Promotions are not applicable to Gift Cards, our Tasting club subscriptions or any sale items and applicable on goods only, not services or shipping.
We acknowledge that our social media promotions, contests and giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

By participating in any competition or giveaway advertised by At the Manor on its Facebook page and/or other Social Media channels (the “Competition”), you confirm that you accept and agree to these competition terms.

You completely release Facebook/Instagram and/or other Social Media channels from any and all liability associated with this Competition.

3rd party consultants, website designers & software developers will have access to the data on our website and booking system database in order to continually improve and when required, assist to resolve issues with software which helps our website function. These 3rd party consultants, website designers & software developers who are granted access may not be resident in the E.U. subject to the maintenance work required/issue to be resolved.
